Unfortunately the complaint i raised on consumr forum required 45 days for the resolution, So, I send them a legal notice and they became active and within a week i received a call from them that it has been dispatched and i will get OTP for registration in 3-4 days. I got the scooter finally within two weeks of sending them legal notice.
